All online orders are shipped via Express Shipping only, as our handcrafted chocolates are perishable and delicate.

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. During peak periods, public holidays or warmer weather conditions, processing times may be slightly longer.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking details via email.

We ship Australia wide via Australia Post.

* Free Express Shipping on orders over $110

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout.

Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are subject to Australia Post network conditions and delays. Once parcels have been dispatched, any shipping delays are outside of our control.

To help protect your chocolates during transit, we use insulated packaging and ice packs during warmer months where required. While we take every precaution to minimise heat exposure, we cannot guarantee that products will not soften or melt during extreme temperatures or unexpected transit delays.

Please ensure the shipping address provided is correct and that someone is available to receive the parcel on the delivery day. 

We are not responsible for delays, lost parcels or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided at checkout.
